Havana Banana is a Chicago-based festival food brand inspired by the rich flavors of Cuban and Honduran cuisine. Founded by Bryana Zamora and Jeni Cohen, we bring a fresh and playful take on plantains, featuring crispy mariquitas (plantain chips) with gourmet dips and loaded plantain nachos with creative, fusion-inspired toppings.
